Frustrated with the mounting paperwork of this antiquated government

Ugh, My grammar sucks and my spelling does also, thank you spell check. I am frustrated with pretty much everything that goes along with navigating the minefield of paperwork for any type of HIV/AIDS funding in Massachusetts or USA. I go to one agency and fill out about 30 pages of info and then have to go to another agency and fill out the same stuff. SERIOUSLY! And we wonder why we have no money for basic funding! I am so frustrated with everything and everyone involved. Especially when calling some agency's just to get some info and the customer service I am given is disgusting. Like dealing with everything else I have to deal with a person who barely graduated high school and could care less that I am about to lose my mind.
